Evans, William G. "Bill" age 85, of Anoka, formerly of St. Paul and Isle. Preceded in death by his parents and brother. Survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Jeannette "Boots"; cherished father of Kurt (Mary), Kathryn (Randy) Asplund, and Tom (Denise); grandchildren, Kelly, Kris, Karolyn, Rachel, Tim and Andy; great- grandchildren, Gavin, Kaia, Aiden, Makenzie, and Carter; several nieces. He will be in our hearts forever. Funeral services Wednesday, 4 PM at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Ave., Anoka. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
