William "Bill" Foster Jr, age 70 of Andover, MN passed away on August 26, 2024, surrounded by the loving family he built with wife of 48 years, Kerrieann.  Remembered by his children Heather (George) Fairbanks, Laura (Nate) DeFranco, Brett (Heather Ann) Foster, 6 grandkids, 8 siblings, and many nieces and nephews. Bill worked for Boyer Ford Trucks for over 51 years, starting as a full-time heavy-duty truck mechanic at just 16 years old, moving into sales in his forties, and retiring as a National Sales Account Representative for Government & Fleet Sales. He loved to travel the world, eat great meals, watch NASCAR, see movies and concerts, and laugh with family and friends around the kitchen table. Bill's funeral will be held on Thursday, September 19th at 11:00 am with visitation 1 hour before the service at Faith Lutheran Church, 11115 Hanson Boulevard, NW, Coon Rapids. Inurnment will immediately follow in Faith's Memorial Garden Columbarium before lunch in the Fellowship Hall.
