Schipper, Wanda M. age 84 of Anoka, passed away peacefully February 17, 2014. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Survived by her daughters, Mary (Jon) Caine of Anoka, Sandra Schipper of Ouray CO; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and brother, Rod Person of Mpls; many other loving relatives and friends. Memorial service will be held Friday, 11 AM at Champlin United Methodist Church, 921 Downs Road, Champlin, with visitation one hour prior at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
