Price, Victoria J. "Vicki" age 27 of Andover.  Vicki was born December 26, 1991 in St. Paul, MN and passed away at home, May 13, 2019.  She was preceded in death by grandparents, Bud and Janet Olsen, Charlotte Price; great-aunt, Marian Erickson; beloved service dog, Hajik.  She is survived by loving parents, Scott and Laura; siblings, Joshua, Matthew, Rachel, Tim and Andrew; foster parents, Matt and Julie Koenig; and many other loving family, personal caregivers, and friends.  Funeral service Monday (5/20/2019) 11:30 am at Constance Free Church, 16150 Crosstown Blvd. NW, Andover.  Visitation begins 10 am at the church.  Interment Constance Cemetery.  Memorials preferred to Canine Companions for Independence or Joni and Friends.  Arrangements entrusted to Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, Andover, 763-767-7373
