IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Victor
Ramon Turner
August 16, 1952 – December 18, 2025
Victor Ramon Turner, a proud U.S. Army veteran, was born on August 16, 1952, and fell asleep in death on December 18, 2025. He was a man of strength, compassion, and quiet integrity whose life reflected service to his country, devotion to his family, and love for others.
Victor honorably served in the United States Army, demonstrating a strong sense of duty and discipline. In his later years, he came to know and love Jehovah God and dedicated his life as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. His faith brought him peace, purpose, and a firm hope in God’s promises, including the resurrection hope and everlasting life under God’s Kingdom. He endeavored to live according to Bible principles, showing love, humility, and kindness in his daily life.
He was a devoted husband to "his beautiful wife" as he referred to her, Lady Erma Ramon Turner, and a loving father to her children, whom he adopted as his own: Reginald Bright; IdaBea Konah; Macdella Acolatse; Moses Arimi; Lady Erma Stephanie Warnke; and William Daniel Kaikor Arimi. Through them, he is also survived by twelve grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Victor is also survived by his three sons, Victor Turner Jr., Vincent Ramon Turner, and Vernon Lamont Turner, and their families, including six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, who cherish his guidance and example.
He is further survived by his cousin, whom he considered a sister, Bette Paterson, along with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom were dear to him.
Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin C. Turner and Willie Louise White Turner, and his grandparents, Dan Patrick and Georgette Patrick.
In harmony with his faith, Victor showed genuine concern for others, especially children in need. He actively supported less fortunate children in underprivileged communities through the Lady Erma Children Foundation Inc., reflecting the Bible’s encouragement to show love through action.
Victor Ramon Turner will be remembered for his faith in Jehovah, his love for family, and his compassionate spirit. While he now rests in death, his family and friends take comfort in the Bible’s promise of a resurrection and look forward with hope to the time when he will live again under God’s Kingdom.
