Scannell, Tim J. age 66 of Ramsey, passed away Sept. 11, 2013. He was a loving husband, father and Papa. Tim was a Veteran of the Vietnam War, passionate about cars and was a member of COGS and the MHRA. Survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Joanne; children, Stefawnie (Forrest) Schraufnagel and Danyelle; proud Papa to his grandchildren, Christjon, Ethan, McGrady, Jazmine and Jozie; siblings, Susan Boedigheimer and Dianne Harter. Memorial service to be held, Monday 2 PM with visitation 1 hour prior at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Ave. Anoka. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Autism Speaks.
