Thoreson, Shirley M. age 92 of Mill Pond Gables in Champlin. Shirley was a lifelong member of The Order of the Eastern Star. Preceded in death by husband Carl,  parents William & Ruth Whiteside, brothers William & Wayne Whiteside. Survived by children James (Karen) Roberts, Mike Roberts, Ruth (Thomas) Matteson, Sherry Ramin and Julie Hersey, 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, brother Earl "Bud" (Marnie) Kennitz, sisters-in-law Marie & Jo, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Memorial Services Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 11 am at Restoration Church, 503 Polk Street, Anoka. Visitation one hour prior to services at the church.
