Jacobson, Shirley Ann 85, passed from this world on January 10, 2023 at her home in Coon Rapids, MN. Shirley was born on June 2, 1937 to Dathilda and Knute Iverson.

She grew up in Swift Falls, MN later moving to Benson, MN to attend high school, graduating in 1955. Shirley raised her family in Anoka, MN and worked for 28 years at Anoka-Ramsey Community College where she developed many close friendships. Shirley was very active and athletic. She played on softball teams and in horseshoe leagues & tournaments, acting as the editor for Ringers Digest.

She had a zest for life and enjoyed a good time. She embraced new experiences, like para-sailing in Mexico at 80, and enjoyed the time she spent in her later years wintering in Texas. She enjoyed games, socializing, and going to the track with her husband Jim.

Shirley is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Harold Jacobson; her parents Dathilda and Knute; her grandson Dylan; and her siblings Doris, Amy, Ole, Ivel, and Clifford. She is survived by husband Jim Dellwo; sister Adeline Suter; son Reed Weber, daughter Renae (Ruth) Weber, son Randy (Sue) Weber, daughter Ramona (Dave) Girard; grandchildren: Jennifer, Jacob (Tiffanie), Travis (Maya), Heather (Jimmy), Kaleb (Lindsey), Sam, Christopher, and Lauren; great-grandchildren: Sophia, Matteo, Lincoln, Maverick, James and Khloey; many nieces and nephews; family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, 13655 Round Lake Blvd NW, Andover, MN at 11 AM on Monday January 16th. Visitation will be held prior to the service at 10 AM.
