Haugen, Shirley Marie age 85 of Anoka passed away October 30, 2020. She was born March 26, 1935 in Herman, Minnesota and graduated from Herman High School. Shirley married her high school sweetheart Marvin Haugen on July 21, 1956. She received her teaching degree from Moorhead Teacher's College and was a longtime teacher in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Art & Catherine Bengtson, sister, Arlene Marotte and brother, Willis Bengtson. She is survived by her husband, Marvin, daughter, Tana (Steve) Gerster and son, Scott Haugen, grandchildren, Hillary (Rob) Zuleger, Hayley (Tyler) Douglass, Dallas Haugen and Beau Haugen, great-grandchildren, Hudson and Sophie Zuleger. We will miss her quick wit and ability to make us all laugh. A private family funeral service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Anoka.
