Berglund, Shirley Ann age 78, of Coon Rapids, MN, was welcomed joyfully into heaven on January 26, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim and is survived by their sons, Chris and Scott (Theresa); grandchildren, Joel, Grady and Karen; and her brother and sisters and their families. Shirley was a loving mother and grandmother and a friend to many. She spent many hours knitting hats for Loaves & Fishes and for children in Honduras and she also loved baking breads and holiday treats to share. A gathering to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, Feb. 1 at 10 AM, followed by memorial service at 11 AM at Thurston- Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Ave, Anoka, MN 55303 (763) 421-0220
