Roger was born in Long Beach, CA, and grew up on the west coast.  He served in the Army - stationed in Norfolk, VA.  He lived in Everett, WA before residing in the Twin Cities with his family.

Husband to his one true love, Marilyn, and during their 55 years together they never spent more than a few days apart.  Their love for each other will continue forever. He was a loving father to Trina, Gordy and Jo, and a Grandpa to Lauren and C.J.

Roger was a Helluva-Guy .  If you met him once you'd never forget him. He made a lasting impression on most everyone he encountered - everywhere he went.  A kind heart, big humor and not one to mince words, he was determined to do whatever he set his mind to each and everyday.  Always a fighter and survivor which never cease to amaze his family or his doctors.  Rest In Peace, feel no more pain, and you'll always be surrounded by our love.
