Roger E. Scaiano, age 70 of Blaine, MN, a Vietnam Army Veteran and retired VA employee, suddenly passed away on June 25th, 2017 in his home. Although a stubborn old man who loved cars, firearms, country music and anything western, Roger was a very loving father, "Pops," "Papa" and friend. He will be greatly missed!

He was preceded in death by his father, Herman H. Higgins; mother, Betty Meadows; and brother, Blayne Higgins. Survived by his sons, Jaime (Doris), David, Chris (Tammy), Josh and only daughter, Beth; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grand daughters and many nieces, nephews,
relatives and friends.

Interment will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, July 10th, 2017 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at the St. Francis American Legion later that day from 4-8. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that you donate to your local veterans organization or charity. There is also a gofundme page to help support the family financially.
