Robert "Bob" Gorr age 86 of Anoka, passed away on February 24, 2022.

Our father was married to our mother, Delores "Dee" Gorr who preceded him in death. He is survived by his two sons, Steve (Renee) Gorr and

Todd (Joy) Gorr; grandchildren, Shelby and Mason.  Both of his sons live in the twin cities and visited Bob regularly on the weekends.  Bob lived in Anoka and was still living at home right up to his passing.

Bob loved his grandchildren, playing golf and billiards, and was an avid Cribbage player.  Bob and Dee and the boys loved to camper when the kids were young.  He loved drinking coffee all hours of the day for most of his life.  Bob worked at Hoffman Engineering in Anoka for 37 years.  Bob loved many of his neighbors and was active well into his old age.

The visitation will be held at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Ave Anoka, MN 55303 on March 2, 2022 from 4-8pm.  The funeral will be held at the Anoka United Methodist Church, 850 South St. Anoka, MN 55303 at 11am.  Internment and a snack will immediately follow the service.  Bob will be laid to rest next to his wife, Dee at Forest Hill Cemetery in Anoka.
