White Lindback, Rita Mae age 88 of Ramsey, Minnesota passed away peacefully on August 27,2025.

Preceded in death by husbands Daryl White and Alan Lindback. Son Douglas White. Brother LeRoy Schlumpberger, Jerome (Mary) Schlumpberger, Allan (Kathy) Schlumpberger and Sister Fran (Mike) Rasinski Survived by brothers Gary (Patti) Schlumpberger and Randy (Debbie) Schlumpberger. Sisters Rose (Jim) Hellman, and Sherry (Paul) Virnig. Sister-in- law Cele Schlumpberger. Son Wesley (Deb) White. Daughters Karen White, Debbie (Dave) Kloyda, Shelly White and Lisa White. Grandchildren Jeremy (Bobbi) White, Jamie White, Nick (Amy) White, Matt (Kat) Kloyda, Claire Solberg and Rachel Solberg. Four great-grandchildren. Many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Rita was born on a dairy farm in Little Falls. She graduated from Little Falls High School in 1953 and married Daryl White. They moved to North Hollywood, CA for five years and then came back to Anoka and Ramsey. Rita loved country, polka and accordion music and met her first
husband at a street dance. Rita worked for 27 years in the office at Sears. She loved sewing and made a lot of clothes for her family including snowmobile suits, flower girl dresses and matching Easter dresses for her four daughters and herself. The church and her faith were an important part of her life, and she volunteered at church making quilts and sewing dresses for the underprivileged. She was a light in the lives of all who knew her, known for her warm and welcoming presence that made every person who entered her home feel seen, valued and
cared for.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stephens Catholic Church in Anoka on Monday September 22 at 11 AM. Visitation is 1 hour prior to the service.
