Richard "Dick" Clayton Lindmark, Jr. age 76, of Andover, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2023, at home surrounded by his family after a three-year battle with pancreatic cancer.

Dick started his 40-year career as a chemist at H.B. Fuller, later moving into business management at Fuller which provided opportunities for and enhanced his love for international travel. After retirement, he worked as a consultant for Adherent Labs. Dick enjoyed photography, woodworking, and remodeling the family cabin in Minong, WI. Dick was a devoted family man. There was never a school event, concert, sporting event, or grandchild's birthday he did not want to be a part of. Throughout his life, he was highly regarded as a mentor, problem solver, and tinkerer. His favorite phrase was "So I've been thinking…". Married for 54 years, Dick and Mary enjoyed traveling, attending Viking's games, and spending summers with their family and friends at their lake home.

Dick was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Sr. and Agnes (Pat).

He is survived by his wife, Mary; four children, Jennifer (Jason) Callahan, Amy (Ken) Audette, Sandra (Tom) Audette, and Patrick (Amy) Lindmark; and ten grandchildren, Carter Callahan, Kaitlyn Callahan, Harrison Audette, Grace Audette, Henry Audette, Luke Audette, Vincent Audette, Laurel Audette, Lucille Lindmark, and Joseph Lindmark.

An evening visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023, from 5-8 PM with a prayer service at 7 PM at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 11 AM with a visitation one hour prior at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Interment will immediately follow Mass at St. Patrick's Cemetery and conclude with a luncheon at the church.
