Richard W. "Dick" Oxborough, age 74 of Andover, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018 at J.A. Wedum Residential Hospice in Brooklyn Park.
Dick was a mentor to countless people through his 39 years of sobriety.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Sandra; daughters, Pamela (Roger) Rands and Kimberly (Robert Laidly) Hancock; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 3 sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Avenue, Anoka. Visitation 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Private Interment.
