Raymond L. Jurek, age 100 of Anoka, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at the Ark On The River Care Center in Anoka.

In addition to his parent, Andrew and Mary (Duffel) Jurek, Raymond was preceded in death by his wife, Frances; and son, Kevin.  He is survived by his children, Douglas Jurek (Delia), Pamela Sorenson (John), Jane Schafer (Kevin), and Jennifer Anderson (David); daughter-in-law, Patricia Jurek; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; also many other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 525 Jackson St., Anoka.  Visitation one hour prior to Mass at church (10:00 - 11:00 a.m.)  Private Interment.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the donor's choice.
