It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Randall "Randy" Jon Anderson, 56, from Rogers, a cherished family man, who left us peacefully surrounded by loved ones following a battle with several health conditions. Randy had a big passion for the outdoors; he found his greatest joys in camping under the stars, boating on Lake Minnetonka, casting a line in hopes of a big catch, and snowmobiling through winter wonderlands. His adventures were always made richer by the company of his family and friends, with whom he shared countless memories and laughter.

Randy was not only an enthusiast of nature but also a loving husband, a dedicated father, and a doting grandpa. His family was the center of his world, and he leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and unwavering support. His friends will remember him as a loyal companion, always ready with a smile and a helping hand.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Dorothy, his sister Diane, and his two beloved dogs, Chloe and Gizmo. He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy, and his three children: Matt and his wife Robyn, Jill and her husband James Cannon, and Brianna. He also leaves behind six grandchildren who loved their Grandpa Fluff Bear dearly: Taylor, Andrew, Emery, Georgia, Harlow, and Maddox, as well as his grandpuppy Morgan. Randy will be fondly remembered by his sister, Jackie (Aaron) McClanahan; brother, Ritchie; nieces, nephews, and many close friends. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A celebration of Randy's life will be held at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 21304 Church Ave, Rogers on Monday, July 29, 2024 at 11:00 AM with a visitation one hour prior to the service where family and friends are invited to share their stories and memories. The interment will take place at St. Martin Cemetery in Rogers following the service.
