Root, Phyllis A. age 69, of Andover, peacefully passed away March 3, 2014. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert. Survived by children, Michael and Keith (Jaline); grandchildren, Joshua, Nicholas, Alexander and Nathan; sister, Audrey Silva; and other loved ones.
