Closson, Phyllis E. Age 85 of Anoka, passed away February 15, 2019 after a courageous battle with Lewy Body Disease. Phyllis retir-ed from Federal Cartridge in Anoka in 1998 after 35 years of service. Preceded in death by her children's father, Richard Closson; parents, LeRoy and Vera Braucht; sisters, Joan Fields and Karin Sutherland; brother, Donald Braucht; and her precious Laci Belle. Survived by children, Dennis (Kathy) Closson, Linda (Jim) Newlin; Terry (Lynn) Closson, and Julie (Jeff) Olson; 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Doris (Larry) Schubert and Marlene (Doug) Nelson; sister- in-law, Mary Braucht. Memorial service Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 11 AM at Zion Lutheran Church, 1601 4th Ave S, Anoka. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka. Visitation 1 hour prior to service at the church. Special thanks to the Edgewood Senior Living staff in Blaine for the care and comfort of our mom in the last year.
