Paul Christopher Rustad, age 57, of Ramsey, MN, passed away unexpectedly at home on September 16, 2023. He was born in Minneapolis on September 14, 1966, to Charles and Lorraine Rustad. Paul attended school in the Anoka-Hennepin District and graduated from Blaine High School in 1985.

At the start of his adulthood, Paul travelled through the five-state area as a photographer for small-town K-Mart Studios. Paul found his passion for the food industry after being exposed to it through working at a large hotel in Plymouth, MN; in the years that followed, he managed various restaurant chains, and owned 'Paul's Café' in Anoka, in the early 2000's.

In the final decade of Paul's life, he managed the daily tasks of running a home, and took pride in caring for all the girls in his life. He especially loved preparing their daily meals and family holiday dinners. Paul also loved all of his pets, and they loved him in return. To all who knew him, they knew he had a wealth of knowledge in all things.

Paul is beloved, and deeply missed by his wife of 28 years, Trisha; daughters, Ana and Zoe; great-nieces, Lanaeh and Nissah; mother, Lorraine; brothers, Chuck (Janet), Kevin (Ellen), Mark (Vickie), Andrew, and Eric (Chris); sister, Laura (Brian) Knauss; father-in-law, John Becker; and brother-in-law, Joshua Becker.

Paul was welcomed into Heaven by his father, Charles; mother-in-law, Nickola Becker; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Funeral will be held on Friday, September 22 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home in Anoka, beginning at 11am with a Visitation one hour prior. Burial to follow at Pierce Cemetery.
