Patricia Maeder passed away at home, surrounded by her son Samuel, daughter Rebecca, and daughter-in law Kristen on 16, Sept 2025.  After battling cancer twice and a near death scare on Easter, Patricia has been living with her son on hospice.  She had been doing well since starting hospice and her change was sudden.  But she was able to have visitors and family around during her transition.

Patricia is preceded in death by her mother Fern, father Duane, brothers Mike, Doug, Eddie, and David as well as her sisters Debbie and Helen.  She is survived by her son Samuel, daughter Rebecca, daughter-in-law Kristen, sister Mary, granddaughters Annessa and Isabella, and grandson Sammy Jr.

A celebration of life will be held at the Anoka American Legion - 400 W Main St, Anoka, MN 55303 - on Friday 17, Oct 2025 from 4pm – 8pm.  This is meant to be a time of remembrance for Patricia.  She did not want a big service, but rather a celebration for those close to her to come together and remember her.  Food and beverage will be provided.
