Olga M. Gustafson, age 96 of Anoka, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Anoka Rehab & Care Center.

They married in 1948 and soon their children, Duane and Phyllis, were born. They lived in the Forest Lake area for several years before moving to Shoreview in 1960.

She retired in 1986. She enjoyed spending time with family and took multiple vacations. She enjoyed needlepoint, making beautiful pictures through the years. She was a quiet, gentle spirit with a self-deprecating sense of humor.

She is survived by her son, Duane (Mary Lou) Gustafson; daughter, Phyllis (Aaron) Hinton; grandchildren, Brian (Jillaine) Gustafson, Kevin Gustafson, Craig Hinton, and Megan (Tom) Brezinski; great-grandchildren, Alex, Audrey, and Logan; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
