Loe, Norman Carl born April 27, 1940 to Carl and Ethel Loe in Grand Rapids, MN, passed away on October 18, 2021 at his home in Anoka, MN at 81 years of age. Norm is survived by his wife of 41 years, Melody (Hamlin) Loe; daughter, Shellie (Joe) Winkle; sons, Christopher (Angie) Loe and Nicholas (Dustin) Loe; brother, Dennis (Nola) Loe; sister, June (Donnie) Eberhardt; sisters-in-law, Nancy Ann Hamlin and Nancy Marie Hamlin; brothers-in-law, Robert (Naomi) Hamlin, Jim (Tammi) Hamlin and John (Carol) Hamlin; granddaughter, Rebekah Bahl; grandsons, Phil and Mitch Winkle; and many other loving family and friends. Norm was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Ethel Loe; father and mother-in-law, William and Rose Ann Hamlin; son, Gary Loe; daughter, Julie Bahl; brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Laura Loe; brother-in- law, Bill Hamlin; brother-in-law, Pat Stout; sister-in-law, Maggie Stout; brother-in-law, Doyle Tomhave; nephew, BJ Hamlin and great nephew, Tanner Beighley; as well as his best friend and companion, Toby.
