Neil John Polaski, a resident of Brainerd, Minnesota passed away unexpectedly on July 27th, 2023 at the age of 86. Neil was preceded in death by his daughter, Krestin Datko- Polaski and his parents, Florence & John and his sisters Loretta & Lorna.

Neil was a Military Veteran that had served overseas. He was a devoted family man, always putting his loved ones first. Neil was a talented athlete, musician, craftsman, and businessman. He enjoyed traveling to his winter home in Florida and spending time with family during the summer at the Log home he built with the help of family and friends in the Brainerd Lakes Area.

Neil is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Shirley Polaski; daughters, Tammy (Mike) Richards, Becky (Tom) Hennessey, Kim (Tim) Olson; grandchildren, Chris, Chaston, Chelsea, Amanda, Caitlyn, John, McCrae, Morgan, Chaz, Logan, and 9 Great-Grandchildren.

Memorial Services Saturday August 12, 2023 at 10 am at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay Street, NW - Andover. Interment Cedar Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorials preferred.
