Stafford, Nancy E. Age 67 of Ramsey, was born in Milan, TN, on January 27, 1953. Nancy graduated from St. Cloud State where she met the love of her life Mark Stafford. They were married June 30, 1979. Nancy was a loving mother to her girls and a devoted nana to her grandchildren. Nancy was a teacher with the Anoka-Hennepin School District # 11 for 34 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Mark; parents, Herbert and Phyllis Quast; sister-in-law, Maxine Ganske. Survived by daughters, Erin (Tim) Manthey and Kelsey (Kris) Stafford; grandchildren, Colton and Brookston Manthey and Tinley Mann; brother, John Quast; in-laws, Bonnie (Joe) Henkel, Betty (Doug) Blood, Marv (DeeDee) Stafford; nieces, nephews and her wonderful friends.
