Nancy L. Schoening, age 74 of Coon Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Larry; granddaughter, Nichole Ommen; and sister, Audrey Thomas.  She is survived by her daughter, Laura (Bob Metzger) Ommen; and son, Lane (Lisa); grandchildren, Kristine, Melina, and Jonah; great-granddaughter, BellaRose; siblings, Duane (Pam), John, Joan (Pete), and Bruce (Sue); nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Coon Rapids United Methodist Church, 10506 Hanson Boulevard NE, Coon Rapids.  Visitation one hour prior to the service at church (10:00 - 11:00 a.m.)  A Private Interment will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
