Nancy R. Klenk (Larson)  age 86 of New Hope, passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on July 29, 2026. Born in Minneapolis on September 23, 1939 and raised by loving parents Ellen and Joseph Larson, Nancy loved quiet days at the cabin with family. She especially delighted in hearing the loons at night and watching sunsets over the lake with her devoted husband of 62 years, Lambert. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Lambert Klenk, daughter Dawn Jaax (Klenk), son-in-law Kevin Jaax, and infant great- granddaughter. Survived by children, Deb (Mark) Harless, David (Julie) Klenk, Denise (Doug Thedens) Klenk; grandchildren Mason Harless, Duncan Harless, Aaron (Liz) Jaax, Andy (Caitlin) Jaax, Angela (Calvin) Tomczak, Emma (Luke) Lange, Lily (Levi) Broersma, Elijah Klenk; 3 great-granddaughters. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 10th at 2 pm at Mill City Church, 685 13th Ave NE, Minneapolis with visitation one hour prior to services. Refreshments after the service. The family is profoundly grateful for the staff at Mainstreet Village (of Presbyterian Homes & Services) and Brighton Hospice, who provided remarkable care for Nancy.
