Jensen, Myron E. age 71, of Ramsey, died peacefully on Oct. 12, 2007 at his home. Myron grew up in Austin, MN and graduated from high school before attending Austin Jr. College. He then served as a food inspector in the United States Army. Myron married his wife in 1962 and was employed for 10 years with Super Valu as a produce merchandiser in the Midwest. From 1972 until retiring in 2002 he was a potato broker and partner/owner of Ben Holmes Potato Company in the Monticello/Big Lake area. He also applied his trade as a fur buyer from the early 80's through 2003 and was a trapper all of his life. Myron was preceded in death by his parents, Hiram and Katie Jensen; and sister, Stella. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Elizabeth; children, Susan (Gary) Hawley and Jeffery Jensen; granddaughter, Rachael Hawley. Funeral services Saturday, Oct. 20, 11:00 AM at Zion Lutheran Church, 4th & Adams St., Anoka. Interment Cedar City Cemetery, Austin, MN. Visitation Friday 5-8 PM at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, W.
