Ulwelling, Michael Marvin "Beaver" age 42 of Nowthen.

It is with great sadness to say that Mike passed away April 19 ^th , 2021.  Mike started out with A & B Welding in 1998 after graduating from Blaine Senior High.  He was an excellent crane operator and an extremely hard worker.  Mike "Beaver" had the ability to make everyone he touched laugh or smile. Mike enjoyed spending time with all his friends and his favorite saying when he was done was, "Trizzel trazzel trizzle troll time for Beaver to go home."

Mike was an avid outdoorsman and hunted nationwide for deer, bear, elk, wild pigs and caribou.  His love for fishing matched his passion for hunting.  It was great enough for him to create his own personal lake.  He spent 10 years and countless hours stocking, maintaining, and enjoying his lake.  Mike takes the trophy for being the first person to fall through the ice at the beginning and end of winter.  Mike and Dave Pearo owned Buck Up Outdoors, selling deer stands in the 5-state area.  Another passion for Mike was spending time on his hunting land with family.  Up there he enjoyed four-wheeling, Musky fishing, deer hunting, bonding time and beers by the bonfire.

The thing Mike loved more than hunting and fishing were his two little girls.  His whole world revolved around them the day they were born.  He was a very proud father and loved them more than anything else!  He was very excited for the future of bringing them hunting and fishing and sharing his passions with them and creating memories.

Mike was survived by wife, Lynn Ulwelling; daughters, Natalie and Paige; parents, Bill and Jackie Ulwelling; brother, Al (Gabi) Ulwelling; sister, Jennifer (Mike) Tell; nieces and nephews, Hunter, AJ, Tyler, and Morgan Ulwelling, Mason Tell, Austin and Olivia Pearo; many other loving family and friends.

Visitation Sunday, April 25th, from 4–7 pm at Thurston Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Ave., Anoka.  Graveside service Monday, 11 am at Lakeview Cemetery, Nowthen, MN.
