Michael "Mike" J. Batsche, age 38, loving, son, brother, uncle, and friend passed away Tuesday May 24th, 2022.

Mike was born on October 10th,1983 to Bob and Mary Beth Batsche. Mike grew up in Anoka, MN where he attended school and eventually moved to St. Cloud where he lived with his fiancé and her two children. Mike was a "Jack-of-all-trades" and found himself doing many different construction jobs from roofing to flooring and everything in between. Mike was a sportsman and loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors. Mike was an amazing artist and very athletic, he loved everything about the game of hockey and was so entertaining to watch when he played in his youth. From a young age, Mike took on the role as the "protector" of his family and all those he loved. Mike had an infectious laugh and enjoyed more than anything spending his time with his family and friends.

Mike was preceded in death by his father Bob Batsche, paternal grandparents Walter and Catherine Batsche, and maternal grandfather Robert Lauer.

He is survived by his Mother Mary Beth, loving Fiancé of 5 years Tonya Dotzler and her 2 children Cyrus and Kendra, Sister Jennifer (Tom) Collins, Sister Jessica (Travis) Dahlvang, Brother David. 4 nephews Alec, Gaige, Henry, and Frank. His only nieces Iva. Grandmother Elaine Lauer, and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

A Memorial Service for Mike will be held in Tuesday, June 14th at 11:00am with a Visitation one hour prior at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home in Andover, MN.
