Martha Anne
Wukawitz
May 20, 1944 — Jun 22, 2026
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Martha A. Wukawitz, age 82, of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away peacefully at Arbor Oaks Senior Living in Andover, Minnesota, in the loving care of her family and dedicated caregivers. A devoted follower of Christ Jesus, Martha has now entered eternal life. Martha was the daughter of the late Conrad and Alice (Menard) Fehn. She lived most of her life in Northeast Minneapolis where she was previously a faithful communicant of the Church of St. Clement. Martha dedicated many years of her professional life as a records clerk in accounting firms, most recently at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), where she proudly retired at the age of seventy. Martha, often referred to as “Little Martha” or “Little Grandma,” was small but mighty. Her proudest accomplishment was raising her two children on her own, with the love and support of family and dear friends, including the late Eva Bakun. She had one of the most grateful hearts and found great joy in spending time with her family and close friends, as well as taking daily walks. Her fondest memories included travel experiences such as a trip to Hawaii, generously gifted to her and her children by a former employer; attending her son Mark’s wedding in Massachusetts; and a special trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice with her son Mark, daughter-in-law Lori, and sister Agnes. Martha is survived by her two children from her former marriage to the late James Wukawitz: her daughter, Carol, husband Jeffrey and stepdaughter Tiffany Beamer; and her son, Mark, daughter-in-law Lori, and granddaughter Emma. The third of eight children, Martha is also survived by her siblings and their families: Philip (Phyllis) Fehn; Fr. Jerome Fehn; and Mildred (Gene) Snyder; as well as her sister- and brother-in-law, Sherri Fehn and Robert Carrier; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Martha was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Simon Fehn, Agnes Carrier, Conrad (Pauline) Fehn, and Mary (Art) Rogers. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, June 29th at 10:30 am at Epiphany Catholic Church, 1900 111th Avenue, NW, Coon Rapids. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at the Church. Private interment Gethsemane Cemetery, New Hope. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Alzheimer’s Association.
