Mark O. Stafford, age 67 of Ramsey, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at home.

Mark was born in Dodge Center, MN on Sept. 3, 1951.  He graduated from St. Cloud State where he met the love of his life Nancy Quast. They were married June 30, 1979. Mark was a loving father to his "girls" and a devoted papa to his "boys".

In addition to his parents, Kyle and Marian, Mark was preceded in death by his sister, Maxine Ganske.  He is survived by his wife, Nancy; daughters, Erin (Tim) Manthey and Kelsey Stafford; grandsons, Colton and Brookston Manthey; sisters, Bonnie (Joe) Henkel & Betty (Doug) Blood; brother, Marv (DeeDee) Stafford; brother-in-law, John Quast; nieces, nephews and his "dog pals".

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay Street NW, Andover.  Visitation one hour prior to the service (1:00 - 2:00 p.m.)
