Margaret Irene Nicholson

June 27, 1926 - January 27, 2019

Margaret was born June 27, 1926 to Haraold and Eva (Haack) Chappell in Royal Oak Township, Michigan. She graduated from Anoka High School in 1944, attended Bethel College and earned a degree from nursing school in Crookston, Minnesota. She worked as a lab technician at Robinsdale Clinic and as a home health aid with Anoka County Home Health Services. She was a member at Nowthen Alliance Church and Missionary Alliance Church.

Margaret enjoyed volunteering at Mercy Hospital and with International Bible Givers; being part of a mission team to Reynosa Mexico; Anoka Choraliers and Hiking Club. She loved to play games (especially scrabble) and traveling.

Nicholson, Margaret I. age 92 of Anoka passed away peacefully on January 27, 2019 at Walker Methodist Plaza in Anoka. Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, Harold & Eva Chappell; siblings, Ralph, Vera, Ronald Chappell; husbands, Laurance Reynolds and David Nicholson. She is survived by her children, Harvey (Mary Kay) Reynolds, Carol (Lee) Jantzen, Paul (Melody) Reynolds, Annie & Patty; 6 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday (1/31/2019) at 11 AM with a visitation one hour prior at First Baptist Church of Anoka, 1235 Park St, Anoka. Interment will be at Morningside Memorial Garden in Coon Rapids
