Lynda Mable Richardson of Anoka peacefully passed away on August 29 ^th , 2021 at the age of 72. She was proceeded in death by her mother and father Lorraine and Glenn Graves and her sister Regina. Lynda is survived by her husband of 50 years, William Richardson, and her son Ben Richardson, his wife Noreen Richardson, and granddaughter Bridget Richardson.

Lynda grew up on a farm in Hector, MN, was a graduate of Saint Cloud State University, and worked for Anoka County in Human Services for over 38 years.

Lynda's life was an embodiment of kindness and service towards others. She was able to help many people facing adversity through her work at Anoka County.

Lynda enjoyed music and attended several concerts while amassing a large music collection gathered over several decades. She was an avid gardener who grew a variety of vegetables and flowers. Lynda loved animals and had a special affinity for cats. After her retirement, Lynda enjoyed going out for coffee with several of her coworkers that she befriended from Anoka County.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Morningside Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, October 20th at 10:15am.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be donated to the Coon Rapids Humane Society.
