Steinke, Louis G. age 100 of Anoka, formerly of Champlin.  Louis married Mary Katherine Gonse on July 16, 1942 and lived their whole married life in Champlin, MN.  He was a WWII veteran and served in the Army for 3 years.  He also retired from Ford Motor Company in 1969 after 30 plus years.  Preceded in death by wife, Mary; parents, Charles & Martha; 1 sister and 6 brothers.  Survived by children, Cynthia (Brian) Staehle, Wayne (Pam), Gary (Sandra) and Norris (Debbie); 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; sister, Viola Bernard; many other loving family and friends.  Memorial service Wednesday (6/26/2019) 11 AM at Zion Lutheran Church, 1601 - 4th Ave. S., Anoka.  Visitation 1 hour prior to service.  Interment Champlin Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.  Louis was the most loving and kind man you could ever meet.
