Haugen, Lois S. (Van Bergen) age 86, of Champlin. Preceded in death by her husband, Minor. Survived by sons, David (Mary) and Paul; 2 grandsons, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service Monday, Oct. 26, 2015 at 11 AM at Zion Lutheran Church, 1601 4th Ave S., Anoka. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to services only.
