Obituary

Linda S. Daas, age 64 of Coon Rapids, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at her home.

The Lord relieved Linda of her exhausting health challenges, unknown to many. Linda suppressed and channeled her pain through selfless acts of compassion for everyone in her life. She recommitted her faith in 2017 alongside her husband, Wes.

Linda was preceded in death by parents, Harold and Bessie Samec; mother-in-law, Lee Daas; great niece, Marina Daas.  She will be deeply missed by husband of 40 years, Wes Daas; son, Mike (Christina) Jarchow; daughter, Stacy (Craig) Pietrowski; grandchildren, Derek LaRocca, Elaina Biggs, Michael Jarchow, Wyatt and Sydney Pietrowski; great-grandchildren, Emery Biggs, Giovanni LaRocca; brother, Hal (Cheryl) Samec; sister, Barb (Jens) Reinseth; father-in-law, Rick Daas; brothers-in law, Ron (Pam) Daas, Jerry Daas, Jeff (Stacy) Daas; furchild, Sasha Daas; many nieces, nephews, and an abundance of family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, April 27, 2018 at Living Word Christian Center, 9201 75 th Avenue N., Brooklyn Park.  Visitation 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay Street NW, Andover and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday (11:00 a.m. – 12 Noon.)  Private Interment.
