LaVerne I. Bell, age 93 of Brooklyn Center, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Maranatha Care Center in Brooklyn Center.

In addition to her parents, George and Sarah (Jelen) Countryman, LaVerne was preceded in death by her first husband, Vilous Buchite; second husband, Lee Bell; and daughter, Linda Frane.  She is survived by her children, Gary (Roxanne) Buchite, Michael (Vicki) Buchite; and Karen Melby; 8 grandchildren; also many relatives and friends.

Private family services will be held.
