Larry lived a life filled with love, love, laughter, creativity, and service to others. He enjoyed playing guitar and loved music. He was always building things and doing home improvement projects. If there was something that needed fixing, he could fix it! He loved classic cars and had a large collection of older model cars. His love for the outdoors was evident in his enjoyment of camping and his meticulous care of his large garden, yard, and vibrant flower beds. Later in life you could find him in his hat room building numerous Lego sets.

Larry had a playful spirit, always ready with a pun, a dad joke, or a wonderfully mixed-up fairy tale, making him the best storyteller, or "Tory Steller" to his family. He cherished playing with his children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories of laughter and joy. Larry's greatest love was for his wife Becky, They shared 56 wonderful years together. Their marriage was a shining example of devotion and partnership.

Larry was also a man of service, always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He was a devoted and cherished member of his church and found great comfort and strength in his faith. He held a deep love for the gospel of Jesus Christ and for his Heavenly Father.

Larry was preceded in death by his son Robert and parents Lawrence and Violet. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Becky, daughters Amy (Gary) Burton, Angela (Anthony) Hosmer, Kimberly Kastel, Candice Kastel and Kathy (Christian) Takase, 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, siblings Elaine Twerberg, Eileen (Tom) Clements and Duane (Vicki) Kastel, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2742 Yellowstone Boulevard, Anoka. Visitation one hour prior to services at the Church. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka.
