John L. "Jack" Washburn, age 86 of Anoka/Champlin, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at home on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.

In addition to his parents, Harvey J. and Mona B. (Blanchette) Washburn; Jack was preceded in death by his brother, Lawrence (Larry) Washburn and his wife, Marian.  He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Marilyn; children, John L. Washburn, Jr., Rhonda (Michael) Charboneau, and Corbin T. Washburn; grandchildren, Carlee (Kevin) Carney, John Charboneau, Tyler Washburn, and Max Washburn; great-grandchild, Jack Carney; brothers, Chris (Linda) Washburn and Marc (Mary) Washburn; also many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Anoka, 1235 Park Street, Anoka.  Visitation one hour prior to the service at church (10:00 - 11:00 a.m.)  Interment Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to First Baptist Church of Anoka.
