Magnuson, Joan H. (Winter) age 80, of Andover, passed away December 20, 2013. Preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Jack. Survived by her husband of 58 years, Emil; brother, Bill (Helen) and loving nieces, nephew, & friends. A celebration of Joan's life will be held Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 11 AM, with visitation one hour prior at Zion Lutheran Church, 1601 4th Ave S., Anoka. Private interment.
