Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Louis and by her parents, Stephen & Catherine Quigley. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey, Donna (Oscar) Torgeson, Cathy (Chuck) DuCharme & David, grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew, Melanie, Zachary & Justin, great-grandchildren, Emily, Nolan, Brielle, Jameson, Finley and Catherine, siblings, Eleanor Weber, Dennis (Sandra) Quigley, Lawrence Quigley, Marguerite Long and Allen (Robyn) Quigley, nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 10 a.m. at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 525 Jackson Street, Anoka.  Interment Calvary Cemetery, Anoka.  Visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church.
