Jhonny Alejandro Howse 19 years of age was born on May 24, 2001 in Armenia, Columbia and passed away April 8, 2021.

Jhonny was 5 years old when he and his sister Marcela and older brother Camillo entered foster care.  Throughout the next 10 years he was placed in homes that had a Christian influence.  When he was 13 he and Marcela were selected to attend "Camp of Dreams" an American culture experience where they interacted with potential adoptive parents.  Craig and Lisa attended this camp and met Jhonny and Marcela.  His wit and humor made a lasting impression.  This was the beginning of a 17 month process to adoption and bringing them home.  He came to the U.S. on March 18,2017.  Jhonny attended Legacy Christian Academy where he participated in cross country and soccer.  In 2020 Jhonny moved to Anoka where he worked in manufacturing. At the time of his passing Jhonny was pursuing the completion of his education and had a desire to join the Army.  He is proceeded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Goris.  He is survived by his parents, Craig and Lisa Howse, Elise Hunt (Chris Hunt), Hillary Howse, Tucker Howse (Molly Howse), Levi Howse, Abigail Howse, Marcela Howse, and his biological brother in Colombia, Camillo Ocampo.  His paternal grandparents, George and Jeanne Howse and his maternal grandmother Jan Goris.  Jhonny is also survived by his 5 nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Jhonny will be held on Wednesday (4/14/2021) starting with a visitation from 9:30-11 followed by the funeral at Meadow Creek Church, 3037 Bunker Lake Blvd NW, Andover, MN 55304 followed by a PRIVATE FAMILY BURIAL.
