Bauer, Jeffrey Reed
age 66 of Coon Rapids, was honorably discharged from his life duties April 18, 2011. Growing up in Mpls, Jeff was an alter boy at the Basilica of St. Mary. After high school, he proudly served in the Army's 101st Airborne (Screaming Eagles!). He married Nancy Joseph in 1966. They raised 2 kids, Jonathan and Lisa, and built a successful real estate career. Jeff was a man of integrity, intelligence and humor. What stories he told! as Grandpa, he was pure love and fun. His family will laugh and soldier on in his memory. Godspeed Jumpin' Jack Flash. We love - love - love you always! Survived by wife, Nancy; son, Jon (Kim); daughter, Lisa; granddaughters, Ella and Brooke; sisters, Catherine, Jenny, and Nancy (Don). Preceded in death by beloved brother, Bill. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, 11 AM with reviewal 1 hour prior at Epiphany Catholic Church, 11001 Hanson Blvd NW, Coon Rapids.
