We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Jean Marie Scheffler age 60 of Anoka. On October 5, 2022 Jean passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones after a short and unexpected battle with acute myeloid leukemia. She was a friend, a sister and aunt, a daughter, a mother, a grandmother and a wife. Jean was a warm inviting soul with great patience. She was kind and thoughtful with everyone she loved and her sense of humor was one of many amazing qualities that everyone that knew her loved about her. Jean was a dedicated employee of Meier Tool of Anoka for 12 years and she loved almost every day of working there. She made friends everywhere she went. Jean was always the host for all family holiday get together's such as Thanksgiving and Christmas and she loved everything about family. She was an amazing grandmother to her two grandchildren and they knew they could always count on grandma. Jean was happily married for 33 years and was an amazing wife. She will be missed by so many friends coworkers and family. She certainly was a one in a million kind of person that we can never forget. Jean is preceded in death by younger brother James Harvanko. She is survived by her husband Rob, son Ryan (Gerrilynn), daughter Amanda (Cody), grandchildren Sophia and Maxwell sisters Mary, Kathleen and Julie brothers Michael and Larry,  mother Jeanine and father Lawrence. Funeral Services Friday October 14, 2022 at 11 am with visitation one hour prior at Thurston-Lindberg Chapel, 2005 Branch Avenue, Anoka.
