Palmer (Bulger), Janice "Jan" E. age 65, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on July 3, 2021. She is remembered as a loving wife, mom, and grandma. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, traveling, and spending time with her family. Jan was born on August 19, 1955, in Minneapolis, MN to Earl and Shirley Bulger. Jan graduated from Fridley High School, class of 1973. She married Roy Palmer on May 28, 1977. Jan and Roy resided in Fridley, MN, where they started their family-later moving to Blaine, then to Isanti, and retiring to their lake home in Aitkin, MN, in 2018. Jan was preceded in death by her father, Earl, and one granddaughter. She is survived by her mother, Shirley, husband, Roy, daughter, Jessica (Corey) White, sons, Matt (Melissa), Mark (Krystal), 7 wonderful grandchildren, and many other friends and family. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on July 23, 2021, at Thurston Deshaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay Street, NW, Andover. A visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
