Jane Belle Hansen, age 80, of Champlin, MN, passed away unexpectedly, leaving her family and friends in deep sorrow. Jane was the beloved wife of Larry Norman Hansen, with whom she shared 61 years together and 55 years of marriage.

Born with a caring heart, Jane dedicated her life to nursing, serving her community for an incredible 61 years. She began her career at North Memorial Hospital and concluded it at the Minnesota Thoracic Group in 2021. Jane's commitment and compassion touched countless lives throughout her career.

Jane was preceded in death by her cherished sister, Bridget Klopfenstein, and her dear mother, Mary Jane Herner. She is survived by her two loving sisters, MaryJoe Herner and Julie Antonelli (Marc).

Jane's legacy lives on through her devoted children: Amy Hansen, Kristin Hansen, and Joseph Hansen (Michelle). She was a proud and doting grandmother to Katie Engren (Matthew), Josh Dronen, Nick Stoffel, Samantha Stoffel, Alexis Hansen, and Annika Hansen. She also leaves behind her two precious great-grandchildren, Hailey Engren and Emma Engren, who brought immense joy to her life.

In addition to her immediate family, Jane is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, who will forever cherish her memory.

Jane found great joy in traveling with her beloved husband, Larry, exploring sunny and warm destinations. Together, they also shared a passion for gardening and spent many happy hours working in their yard, creating a beautiful haven for their family and friends.

Jane Belle Hansen's warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family and profession will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love and care will continue to inspire those she left behind.

A celebration of Jane's life will be held at St. Stephen's Church in Anoka on June 11th, with visitation at 10:00 am followed by a mass at 11:00 am.
