Jamie Lee Wood was born on July 23, 1974 and passed away at Mercy Hospital on March 23, 2025 at the age of 50 years old.

Jamie was survived by his parents, Ann and Ron Wood; sister, Tammy; step-grandma, Sylvia; great-aunt, ElDora and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Evelyn and Roger Geis and Alice and Gerald Wood.

Jamie had many interests, playing pool, fishing, hunting and woodworking. He was a member to the Bonsai Society. He loved bringing his 1958 pickup truck that he worked on with his dad to the Back to the Fifties car show. He had many different jobs over the years, the las few were before his stroke in 2014. He drove semi-trailer truck and when he could no longer drive he went back to school and received his 2 year Associates Degree and CNC programming. He was a machinist until his first stroke in 2014 at the age of 39.

A Memorial Service for Jamie will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Oak Park Community Church, 12050 Aberdeen St. Blaine, MN 55449. A visitation will be from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM with the service at 11:00 AM.
