Lashinski, James M. "Jim" age 70 of Andover passed away peacefully at home on March 16, 2023.

Jim was born on August 19, 1952 in Little Falls, MN to Edward and Rose Lashinski. He was united in marriage to Janet (Larson) on September 29, 1973 in Sobieski, MN. Jim loved to spend time with his family. He had a passion for traveling, spending time at the cabin, fishing, playing cards, and eating seafood (especially in Maine). He was a devoted Catholic and attended St. Patrick Catholic Church since 1979.

Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Janet. Survived by his children, Chad (Stacy), Shannon (Bray) Dohrwardt, Janel (Kirk) Nilson, Ryan (Patti); grandchildren, Jenna & Brielle Lashinski, Dylan & Payton Dohrwardt, Alec & Brandon Nilson, Tyler, Allison, Ethan & Lucas Lashinski; 2 sisters; 5 brothers and many other loving relatives and friends.

A public visitation will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 5-8 PM at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay St. NW. Andover with a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 10 AM with a visitation one hour prior at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 19921 Nightingale St. NW. Oak Grove.
